We do not collect personally identifiable information ourselves. However, our Apps may use third-party services that collect information to improve their services and provide ads.
Our Apps may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob and other ad networks. These services may collect and process certain information, such as:
This information is used to provide personalised or non-personalised ads and for analytics. We do not have control over the data collected by these third parties.

Any data collected by third-party services is handled and stored by them according to their own privacy policies. We do not store or share your personal data ourselves.

Some MVP Apps products (for example property management or financial reconciliation apps) allow users to create accounts, store data, and optionally connect financial accounts using Open Banking providers. Where such features are enabled, the following additional terms apply.
MVP Apps UK acts as the data controller for personal data processed within these account-based Apps.
Depending on the features used, we may process:
If you choose to connect a bank account, this is done via an authorised Open Banking provider (such as Plaid). We only access the account metadata, balance information, and transaction records necessary to provide features such as transaction import, rent matching suggestions, and reconciliation workflows.
Open Banking data is accessed only after your explicit action to connect an account. You may revoke access at any time within the App. When revoked, future access stops and associated tokens are invalidated.
We do not sell financial data and do not use Open Banking data for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Where account or Open Banking features are used, we process data under one or more of the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, accounting integrity, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security monitoring. When accounts are deleted or Open Banking consent is revoked, associated personal data is deleted or anonymised unless retention is legally required.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (TLS), role-based access controls, and secure server-side credential management.
Some infrastructure or Open Banking providers may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are relied upon in accordance with UK data protection law.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, subject to legal limitations. You also have the right to raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
